Naan Roti  with Grilled Chicken  recipe:

Who doesn’t like to eat Grilled Chicken ? Currently, the popularity of Grilled Chicken  has increased  in many countries around the world. People of all ages, from children to old people, love to eat Grilled Chicken .When Naan is added with Grilled Chicken  it’s speciality increases more. Let’s know how to prepare these at home:

Grilled Chicken :

Ingredients :

To prepare Grilled Chicken we need some common ingredients . These are –

1: 1kg Chicken 

2: ¼ cup Onion paste

3:1 ½ tablespoon of Achar

4:¼ cup Yogurt 

5:1 tbsp Soy Sauce 

6:1tblsp Kabab Masala Powder

7:1 tsp Coriander Powder

8:½ tbsp Garam Masala Powder 

9:1 tsp Cumin Powder 

10:1 tbsp Chili Powder 

11:2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 

12:1 ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce 

13:2 tbsp Lemon Juice 

14:Salt To Taste

15:1 tsp Sugar 

16:Food Color (optional) 

Ingredients for making Naan:

1:1 tbsp Sugar

2:1 tbsp Yeast

3:½ cup Lukewarm Water

4: 2 cups All Purpose Flour

5:1 tsp Salt

6:2 tbsp Oil

7:½ cup Yogurt 

Cooking  steps of Grilled Chicken:

 First, we have to put the Chicken on a plate after washing it properly.Then we have to cut off its chest.If we cut it, it will be easy for marinating. When we marinate it, the masala will be mixed well.After cutting down its parts of chest and leg we will bond its leg with thread.It will be better for marinating and making Grilled Chicken.Then we will put it in another plate. After that we will make the masala for marinating.For making the masala,  we will take onion paste, achar,yogurt, soy Sauce, kabab masala powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder, cumin powder,chili powder,ginger- garlic paste, tomato sauce, lemon juice.Then we have to take salt to taste and sugar. We can also color the food. But it is optional, if we don’t want to, there will be no problem.Then all the ingredients have to be mixed well.After mixing these masala properties, we will mix it properly with the chicken. After mixing all the masala with the chicken, we will cover it with a plastic wrapper.Then we will keep it in a normal fridge for the whole night.But if we do not have enough time, we can keep it at least for 2-3 hours. It has to be remembered that the longer we keep it, the more it will taste.We will take it out in the morning after leaving it overnight in the fridge and we will mix the chicken with those masala again. Then we will take a pen and add Mustard oil to the pen. After that we will put the chicken in the pan. Then we will stir it well for some time.Thus the shape of chicken will stay better.After that, we will cover it for 10 minutes. We will try to open the lid after a while and stir.Otherwise the chicken may burn.As we will make it in normal oven we have to be noted that the heat of the oven will stay low.One time we will see that some water come of from the chicken and the chicken will be boiled with the water properly.But If we fell to need more water we may add in it.After sometime we will mix some masala with the chicken with a brush.We have stir it well.We will fry until a good color will come.After frying it properly, we will take it from the pen. After sometime it will be suitable for surve.

Cooking steps of Naan Roti:

First we have to take Sugar in a mixing ball. We will take Yeast,Lukewarm Water.If we add cold water instead of warm water Yeast will not bloom.Yeast will not bloom even if  we add too hot water.So we have to remember it clearly. Then we will keep it for five minutes.After five minutes we can see that it will bloom.Then we add Flour,Salt.After that we will mix it well.After we will add oil and again mix these ingredients well.Then we will add yogurt. Then we will mix it properly. If we add yogurt the naan will be perfect. But if we want we can use milk or lukewarm water instead of yogurt. We have to remember that the yogurt should not be too cold . Take it out of the fridge at least an hour before using.After mixing that we will cover it with a foil paper and keep it for half an hour.After 30 minutes we can see that it will bloom too much. Then we have to gently shake it to remove the air from inside.As much bread as we want to make, we will divide it into small rounds.Then we will sand them with a little flour.We will apply some water on top of it and spread it evenly around.Then we will take a pan.It should be remembered that we won’t use nonstick skillet.It will not work for this recipe. Iron tawa or skiller works the best for making Naan.We will increase the heat of the stove and wait for, warming the skillet.After that, we will place the bread on the bone with the side that we poured water down.Then we will cover it. At this time the heat of the stove will be stayed in medium or medium law. 

We will open the lid after a minute and a half. We can see that the bread is stuck in the pan. Later we will turn it over with the pann and put it in the oven. Thus the other side will also be cooked.After cooking we will take it from the pan.Then it will be prepared for eating. 

We can eat it with grilled chicken and its taste will be delicious.
