Chicken fried rice
1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2. boneless chicken half cup(piece of chicken will be small)
3. 1 tablespoon cornflour.
4.1 tablespoon red chili powder
5. 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
6. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
7.salt according to taste
8.1 tablespoon lemon juice
9.half cup onion slices.
10.1 teaspoon ginger slice
11. 1 teaspoon garlic slice
12.half cup carrot slice(slice will be cube shaped and small)
13.beans half cup
14.red capsicum 1 tablespoon
15.green capsicum 1 tablespoon
16. 2 -3 piece of green chili slice
17. 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves slice
18.2 piece of egg
19.oil.(according to need)
To cook the rice properly is a very important step for cooking fried rice.
First of all, wash the basmati rice properly. Then keep it in water to get wet for 10 minutes. After that, take the rice to a pan, heat the stove to medium level and boil it until it is boiled 90%. Remember, don’t boil the rice fully,then fried rice will be sticky and you won’t get the proper taste. When the rice in the pan start boiling, then add 1 tablespoon of oil and a little amount of salt to the rice.Then stir the ingredients for a few moments.
The rice is ready now.Now place the rice on a sieve to drain the water and let it to dry.When the rice will be at normal temperature, then freeze it for one hour.
2.Marinate the chicken:
Take the small pieces of boneless chicken in a bowl.Then add salt to it according to taste.Then add 1 tablespoon of cornflour, half tablespoon of red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon sauce, half tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the chicken gradually.Mix them properly.Then cover it and keep it aside for 30 minute.
3.Main cooking on the pan:
This is the last part.You need vegetables, slices, egg etc in these.So first of all, take 2 tablespoons of oil on the pan.Then add the marinated chicken to it.At that time heat of the stove will be medium. Then stir the chicken and fry it.Chicken will be cooked at this time.Keep the chicken on the pan for 10 minutes. After that, take the cooked chicken in a cup and drain the oil.
The next step is to add 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan. Then add 1 cup onion slice, 1 teaspoon ginger slice and one teaspoon garlic slice to pan.Stir them properly. Fry the ingredients for a few moments( no need to make it brown).At this time heat of the stove will be high and the high heat will last to end of cooking.Then add half cup carrot slice (cube shaped) and salt(according to taste)to this.Stir them for sometime.Carrot have to be added first, because it takes much time to be boiled.Then add beans and red chili powder on the pan. Stir them and fry them for a few minutes.
In the meantime, take two egg and crack them and pour them in a cup and stir it.
Now back to the pan.The previously fried vegetables keep aside of the pan and add egg on the pan. Wait for a few moment.When the egg will get a little harder then stir it to make pieces of egg fry.Then mix the egg and previous ingredients properly.Now add fried chickens to the pan.Mix them carefully.Then add red and green capsicum slices to the pan and half teaspoon of black pepper powder.The next step is to add the rice to the pan.Take the rice to the pan and mix with the ingredients properly.Mix them softly.Then add half tablespoon of soy sauce and some green chili slices to the dish.Stir them continuously.In the whole cooking you have to stir the ingredients continuously.Unless you do that dish will be sticked to the pan’s surface as the cooking is in high heat. Then lastly add coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the dish.Mix them properly.
Now,your dish is ready.
You can decorate it with coriander leaves , tomato,cucumber or any other item as you wish.
1.Rice has to be dreezy. Dreezy rice is a must for the perfect fried rice.So don’t boil the rice fully.
