  In this age of technology we have reduced manual labor a lot. The rate of sitting at home, sedentary work is increasing, habit of walking is decreasing  day by day due to our  dependance on technology. Need of physical  work is getting less. At first glance, these things seem comfortable or convenient to us, but living a lazy life, not doing physical work, these things are harmful to our health. Such  as if you don’t exercise regularly or don’t do physical work, various diseases can take root.On the other hand,   a short time of 20-30 minutes of exercise every day can keep you free from many diseases and can contribute to lead a healthy-normal life.

Exercise can be brisk walking, jogging, jumping rope or skipping, running, cycling, swimming etc. 

You can do any exercise regularly according to your age and ability. If you want, you can go to the gym.

Many mental diseases can be cured by regular exercise. Regular exercise reduces stress, anxiety, depression. Exercising once a day will keep you energetic throughout the day and contribute to lead  a better social life.

Exercising can be a good way to maintain youth even if you are old.
